Our Process
1. Initial Consultation
During our first meeting, we first seek to begin building a relationship with you and understanding your overarching goals for your project. We will discuss your needs and wants, your preliminary budget, and review any inspiration images you have.
2. Planning Your Project
Next, we will meet with your architect and interior designer to review the plans for your project, and begin to collaborate on major decisions. Once the project scope has been defined, we will obtain estimates from our subcontractors and provide you a transparent budget of estimated project costs.
3. Construction
With approved permits in place, we will begin construction of your project! We will keep you informed of project progression and your overall construction timeline. Throughout construction, we welcome you to come visit the project site. We are also available to answer your questions via phone, messaging, and in-person meetings.
4. Final Walk-Through
When your project is complete, we will do a thorough walk through together. We’ll make note of, and then address any final items to ensure you are happy with your new space!
